1. What information do we collect?
We collect information from students and/or visitors at different stages. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: (i) when a visitor requests a call back, (ii) when you fill out a form on our website, (iii) when you subscribe to our newsletter, (iv) when you respond to a survey, (v) when you enter a competition, promotion or survey and (vi) when you provide feedback on our website. We may also receive information about you from other sources, such as our partner universities, and combine that with information we collect about you. We may also collect, and use data about visitors in a way that does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may collect data about the number of visitors to our website and the pages they visit.
2. How do we use your information?
We use the information we collect from you to provide our services, to communicate with you about our services. This includes but is not limited to using your academic information to assess your eligibility for a course, and using your contact information to communicate with you about your application. Where you provide consent to allow us submit your application to a university, we will use your passport information and other identifiers.
3. Will your information be shared with anyone?
We will only use your information for the purposes set out in this Policy. We will share your information with our partner universities, and their nominees where their application is processed by other organisations.
4. Do we use cookies?
We use cookies to optimise your browsing experience and collect information about our website page performance. We use Google Analytics to analyse usage pattern and optimise visitor exprience.
5. Is your information transferred internationally?
All of your data are stored on cloud services, for example, Google Drive, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services. Many of these services are based in European Union, United States, and United Kingdom. We only transfer your data for application processing purposes.
6. How long do we keep your information?
We will only retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. In most cases this will not be longer than six (6) years.
7. What are your privacy rights?
If you wish to be forgotten or unsubscribe from all of our communication, please send an email to support@uca4u.com or call our office using the latest phone number on our contact page. Once recieved we will delete your information from our databases. However, if your application has been submitted for processing to any University or their nominee, then your data will be subject to their privacy policy.
